Job Title: Influencer and Marketing Consultant

JOB SUMMARY

The Influencer & Marketing Consultant will support the oversight and strategic direction of MedGlobal’s digital advertising and influencer marketing efforts. Working alongside the Communications team and external digital marketing agencies, the consultant will provide guidance on content strategy, influencer engagement, campaign positioning, and creative optimization to strengthen brand visibility and fundraising performance.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Advertising Oversight & Strategic Support

· Support in overseeing digital advertising campaigns managed by external marketing agencies.
· Review and provide strategic feedback on content plans, targeting strategy, creative assets, and messaging.
· Support alignment of paid media campaigns with MedGlobal’s fundraising goals and brand positioning.
· Review performance reports and provide recommendations to optimize ROI, engagement, and conversions.
· Ensure all digital ads align with MedGlobal’s Style & Brand Guide and humanitarian communication standards.
· Monitor digital trends and recommend strategic improvements where needed.

Influencer Outreach & Management

· Identify and recommend relevant influencers, content creators, and public figures aligned with MedGlobal’s mission.
· Support outreach efforts and relationship management with influencers.
· Develop influencer briefs and review proposed content before publication.
· Ensure influencer messaging aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
· Track and review influencer performance metrics and provide recommendations for future collaborations.

Content Review & Creative Direction

· Review digital ad creatives (videos, graphics, captions, scripts) and provide optimization recommendations.
· Support development of strong hooks, messaging angles, and calls-to-action for fundraising campaigns.
· Provide guidance on short-form video concepts and influencer content strategy.
· Work closely with internal communications and design teams to strengthen creative performance.

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Planning

· Support campaign planning for key fundraising periods (e.g., Ramadan, Giving Tuesday, emergency appeals).
· Provide strategic input on audience segmentation and donor acquisition positioning.
· Support overall brand growth, digital visibility, and influencer expansion strategy.
· Contribute to campaign evaluations and post-campaign performance reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Should have the following skills, education, and experience:

· At least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media strategy, or influencer marketing.
· Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, digital funnels, and performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
· Experience working with external marketing agencies and providing strategic oversight.
· Strong content review and copy optimization skills.
· Proven experience managing or collaborating with influencers.
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Experience working in nonprofit or humanitarian communications is preferred.
· Proficiency in Arabic or Spanish is desirable.
