The Video Montage Officer will be responsible for crafting compelling and impactful video content that showcases MedGlobal humanitarian efforts worldwide. This role involves collaborating with various departments to produce videos that tell powerful stories, inspire action, and raise awareness about global health crises. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent editing skills, and a passion for humanitarian work.

Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Video Montage Officer will be part of MedGlobal’s HQ Communications Team and will collaborate closely with Communications Coordinators and the Graphic Designers in multiple countries and departments (original title I believe is senior comms officer) to produce original, high-quality audiovisual content for MedGlobal’s digital channels, marketing campaigns, advocacy initiatives, and public-facing events.

The Video Montage Officer will also provide hands-on technical support and guidance to field communications staff to strengthen local video production capacity and elevate overall production value.

The HR Officer plays a vital role in managing HR operations for HQ staff and providing direct support to both the HR Manager and HR Coordinator. The role involves maintaining accurate employee files, supporting HR administrative processes, and contributing to recruitment and onboarding when needed. The HR Officer is expected to bring strong HR knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple HR functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency in HR operations.

The Community Outreach & Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing fundraising galas, community events, and donor engagement initiatives to support MedGlobal’s mission. This role leads event logistics, builds partnerships with key stakeholders, supports donor cultivation efforts, and collaborates across teams to ensure high-quality and impactful events. The coordinator will also recruit and manage volunteers and contribute to marketing, outreach, and sponsorship strategies.
